Well, as the title of this article reads ... Hello World.
I have been remiss at posting for quite awhile, but I have been amazed at where the traffic is coming to my little old website since I created it. I want to welcome everyone to explore this site ... and please do leave a comment if you like or even dislike something posted!
I have been here, alive and well ... but I must say on the fringe of the "Hegelian Dialect" if you will. I started another blog about a year and a half ago called the foundationsoflibertyblog.com. Here I have posted information about the books that I have been studying with a group of patriots in Upstate New York. There is a small core of committed individuals who have embarked on this journey of seeking truth and knowledge by studying our foundation through the direction and mentorship of Dr. Shanon Brooks of Monticello College. I haven't posted on that site as well in awhile, so both sites have suffered equally in neglect. The neglect is not deliberate though. My life has become quite complex in the past 12 months and my life has had some very abrupt changes to it, so much so that my own personal crisis has taken me out of the frey to attend to personal matters that will effect the rest of my life.
I have been following the Republican Presidential Nomination cycle and as much as I have tried to keep from being totally possessed about it, I am patiently waiting for the chips to fall where they may. I have no confidence that the GOP will do the right thing. I really believe that they are so out of touch with the people and our sacred and beloved Constitution that they will carry their own sins for selling generations and generations of the American people into slavery. God forgive them for they no not what they are doing.
In the meantime, I continue to read and to educate myself. Currently we are studying the Federalist and Anti-Federalist papers. I have re-constituted the weekly study group where we get together to review, read and discuss the required reading for the class. I can say that I have met some of the most fantastic people in my life through this journey. And I am proud of the friendships that we have forged together. Truly, this has been a gift from God for like-minded patriots to join together in a common bond to learn the truth about our heritage. And hopefully, we will become the profits for the next generation so that they may remain a fee people.
The Tea Party is alive and thriving. You may not see us in the headlines ... well shucks, we never made the headlines anyway, so that last statement was irrelevant! It matters not. More and more people are beginning to wake up and smell the rotten garbage (I was going to say smell the roses, but it did'nt quite file here.) anyway... the tea party is working and more and more people who I have walked into or talked to in my life are getting it, I mean really getting it
So, hopefully God still has a divine providence for us, for here, for now.
